Machine piecing and extensive hand quilting are combined here to create a
visually engaging work of art. Summer weight makes this quilt perfect
for the summer while also to be used over a warmer blanket in colder
weather.
Basket blocks are apx. 10" square with the triangles measuring 2-1/2 X 1-3/4 X 2-3/4.
Basket handles have been machine appliqued. The graphic
blocks are surrounded by medallions, echo quilting, crosshatching,
scallops, chains , circles, overlapping circles, floral blooms and
outline quilting. Wow!
This Basket Quilt has a double border of white and one of blue. Each
border measures 2-3/4" in width and gives a feeling of the frame on a
piece of art. The binding is a pillowcase edging that is closed by machine.
Organically hand washed and ready to be sent for your in home approval.
