It’s very difficult to find two color quilt tops, especially in salmon and white. Created entirely from 8” blocks on point and made with a very fine cotton fabric....."very crisp" This depression era top was made from purchased yardage fabric leading us to the belief that the family was of comfortable means at this time. Each meticulously pieced basket is hand pieced with hand appliquéd basket handles. All blocks are joined by machine and it is now ready to quilt. This top should fit a twin or double bed, a throw on any size bed or a stunning wall hanging.
